Spring Brunch Salad with Caramelized Bacon

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 cups mixed greens such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy and caramelized
Remove and drain on paper towels
Once cool, crumble the bacon into small pieces
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and chopped basil
