Fig-a-licious Pork Burgers
Delicious pork burgers with a unique twist of sweet and savory flavors from chopped dried figs. Perfect for a summer barbecue!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup dried figs, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings for serving
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped figs, breadcrumbs, diced red onion, minced garlic, and the egg
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
