These refreshing popsicles combine the flavors of cucumber, honeydew melon, lime, and optional tequila for a delightful summer treat. Perfect for cooling down on hot days or as a fun adult dessert. Ingredients: 1 cup diced honeydew melon 1 cup diced cucumber 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup 1/4 cup tequila optional Salt for rimming glasses optional Instructions: In a blender, combine diced honeydew melon, diced cucumber, fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and tequila if using Blend until smooth If desired, rim popsicle molds or glasses with salt Pour the mixture into popsicle molds Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
