Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Fries
Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Fries have all the tastes of a traditional Philly cheesesteak and all the crunchy goodness of loaded fries. This dish is tasty and filling, and it's great to share with family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag frozen French fries, cooked according to package instructions
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos optional
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional
- 1/4 cup sour cream optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add thinly sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes
Add sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet
Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Spread cooked French fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Top the fries with the cooked beef, onions, and bell peppers mixture
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Remove from the oven and garnish with pickled jalapenos, chopped parsley, and sour cream if desired
Serve hot and enjoy!
