Sesame Ginger Beef Kebabs
These Sesame Ginger Beef Kebabs are bursting with flavor from the marinade made with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and a hint of sriracha. Grilled to perfection with colorful bell peppers and onions, these kebabs make for a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce optional
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
Instructions:
Soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sriracha sauce should all be mixed together in a bowl
Spread the beef cubes out in the marinade, then cover them and let them sit for at least 30 minutes
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Put beef cubes that have been marinated on skewers and then add chunks of bell pepper and red onion
Grill kebabs for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the beef is done the way you like it and the vegetables are soft
If you want, you can serve it hot with sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top
