Parmesan Brussels Sprouts



These Brussels sprouts with Parmesan cheese are a tasty and filling side dish that is great for Thanksgiving or any other event. After being roasted to perfection, the Brussels sprouts are topped with salty Parmesan cheese to give them an extra flavor boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil in a large bowl until they are well covered

Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet so that they are all in one layer

If you want to, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste

For 20 to 25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are soft and lightly browned, roast them in an oven that has already been heated

Grate some Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts after taking them out of the oven

Put it back in the oven and roast for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown

Serve right away as a tasty side dish for Thanksgiving or any other meal
